I love it. old (almost 7) is reading and writing on his own with this book. My 6 yr. I'm sure he will be drawing pictures as well. I bought this as a more creative activity book for a long car trip. He had a pen in hand writing answers to the questions 5 minutes after opening the book. Thank you Jeff Kinney. My child is engaged with a smile while keeping his skills up over the summer.

My son hates to write, but he has read every one of these books, and he found out about the diary, so I got it for him, he is writing in it allot. He really enjoys this.

Surprise. and drawing his own cartoon character (Lightning Force). I recently picked this book up for my son after passing over it for quite a while. The lists, quizzes and half-drawn comic strips are just plain goofy fun. NOT a diary). This book has been as big a hit with him as the actual story books. check).

12 release date of the fourth Wimpy Kid book is etched in my son's mind and I've got a job to do that day. My 7-year-old son asked for this book; I bought it for him this afternoon; and he spent the next (literally) six hours absorbed in it until I kicked him up to bed. If you have a bright son who loves to draw, write and express himself, this book is for him.
